Files opened under a service package are followed stage by stage in the client portal; hearing dates, pleadings and documents are visible there and notifications arrive by email.

Yes. We can prepare contracts and correspondence in English and German. We advise foreign investors on company set-up, work permits and property acquisition.

Besides our offices in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, we handle files in courthouses across Turkey with partner bar lawyers; the responsible partner stays with us.

The duration varies with the type of case and the court's workload. Employment cases may take about 8-18 months including mediation, commercial cases 12-30 months. We give a matter-specific estimate in the first meeting.
